Today, accidents happen everywhere, from home, to workplace, on the road. People now believe accidents can't be avoided. 80% of accident today is caused by human factor.
You should know that 90% of accidents today are caused by human factor. Whether or not spirituality has anything to do with accident is yet to be proven.

Safety is that extra effort you input into ensuring an accident free output in any activity. I can also define safety as anything you do to ensure accident free activity.
A driver once bragged "Three years ago I couldn't move that car, but now i can drive WITH MY EYES CLOSED".

Over Confidence
That you've been doing a particular thing using one approach for a very long time does not mean its the right approach. Ask yourself certain questions, how safe is this approach?. If something where to go wrong, what would be the worst that could happen?. Is there a safer approach to this task ?. This are necessary questions that must be answered before embarking on any task no matter how little.
